contains at least 1 lowercase letter
contains at least 1 number
does not include your name

meets the criteria above and also:
contains at least 8 total characters
contains no dictionary words
contains symbols *&^%$#@!

Hackers can use dictionary attacks to automatically attempt every word in the English language to see if it is your password. When this fails, they must instead attempt every possible combination of numbers, letters, and symbols. This increases the possible combinations exponentially.
