Upgrade Windows 7 Home Premium to Windows 7 XXX

By modifying this registry key, you’ll be able to upgrade Windows 7 Home Premium to any more featured version of Windows 7.  Below is an example of going to Enterprise from Home Premium.

Under ComputerHKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREMicrosoftWindows NTCurrentVersion modify the following keys:

• EditionID from “HomePremium” to “Enterprise”.
• ProductName from “Windows 7 HomePremium” to “Enterprise”.
