Exchange 2007 OWA error when replying or forwarding a message:

A problem occurred while trying to use your mailbox. Please contact technical support for your organization.

Exception
Exception type: Microsoft.Exchange.Data.Storage.StoragePermanentException
Exception message: Could not get properties.

Solution:  Restart the Information Store service.
