The option to include passwords on exporting accounts was removed a few versions back due to security reasons.

If you’d like to include passwords with the export, you can add the following switch to the MDaemon.ini file in the [Special] section:

[Special]
ExportPasswords=Yes

Save the file and add a reloadcache.sem file to the \MDaemon\APP directory and you should be able to export the passwords.
